RAKIPSIZ LTD (company number 16755751) provides business-to-business hosting management, server security and website maintenance services. A written proposal or order specifies your deliverables, price, applicable taxes, third-party costs, payment schedule, delivery timeline and support arrangements. No service is ordered or charged through this website. A service engagement requires written acceptance of the proposal and these terms.
You must have authority to authorise work on the relevant systems and provide accurate information, lawful content and necessary access. We carry out security work only on systems for which you provide explicit authorisation. Illegal content, phishing, malware distribution, spam, unauthorised intrusion and other unlawful activity are prohibited. We may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to address abuse or an immediate security risk, and will explain the reason where permitted.
Third-party infrastructure and licences are subject to their providers' terms and any costs stated in your proposal. No specific uptime, response time, certification or absolute security outcome is promised unless expressly included in your signed agreement. Recurring services, renewal dates and cancellation methods must be clearly agreed before billing. Changes to scope require written agreement.
All services are delivered remotely. There is no physical shipping. The written proposal specifies delivery dates, access requirements, milestones and acceptance criteria. If a delay arises, we will communicate a revised schedule. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, the fee for the undelivered portion will be refunded.
To request cancellation, a refund or help with a disputed invoice, email support@rakipsizltd.com with your company name, invoice reference and reason. Before work starts, service fees are fully refundable. After work begins, we charge only for work already completed at the agreed rate and any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs; unused prepaid service fees are refunded. If you report a defect against the agreed scope, we will assess it and offer a correction or an appropriate refund for undelivered work.
For recurring services, cancellation received before the next renewal prevents the next charge. Service continues to the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed. Completed periods are not refundable except for service non-delivery or as required by law. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post them. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory legal rights.

Information is retained only as necessary for the enquiry or engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations. If a provider processes data outside the UK, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place. We do not sell personal data.
